These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Batjile platform and its services. By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these terms.

If an account is registered with false or inaccurate information, Batjile reserves the right to close the account and withhold the associated balance at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate on Batjile. Use of the platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. Batjile reserves the right to verify age at any time and will close any account that fails verification.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Batjile cannot be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Batjile employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.
• Refusing to submit valid identification for verification may result in your account being suspended.

All bets placed on Batjile are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed — though a cash-out option may be available in certain cases. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50; the maximum is set by Batjile.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Batjile reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event to gain an undue advantage may result in the cancellation of the bets concerned.
• If a match or event is cancelled before reaching the halfway point, bets will be settled in accordance with Batjile's policy.
• Claims due to network delays during live betting will not be accepted.

Batjile supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal Processing: Typically within 3–24 hours
• The withdrawal method used must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Deposits or withdrawals made in a third party's name are not permitted.
• If money laundering is suspected, Batjile is obligated to freeze the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

Batjile offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms, which are detailed in the offer description. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each user is eligible to receive each promotion once only.
• The required rollover conditions must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses for abnormal profits may result in bonus cancellation.
• Referral bonuses are for genuine new users only — using multiple accounts to claim referral rewards is not permitted.
• Batjile reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Batjile is committed to maintaining a fair and respectful environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to cheat or manipulate the platform.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain a betting advantage.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Batjile's systems.
• Using offensive, inappropriate, or threatening language.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance, without prior notice. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

Batjile may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify your account.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• Suspected violation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
• At the user's own request (responsible gaming self-protection).

Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned once verification is complete. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
